please log in to view this image I wonder why.... I rated him.... http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...73362.Tozser_announces_he_will_leave_Watford/
Shame. Nice left foot, sprayed some passes around, but was only on loan so always a possibility I guess.
Looking at the way we are signing midfield players I guess it should be of no suprise that we will have to let some go to accomodate the arrivals. He served us well and I wish him well in his next adventure. Good luck Daniel.
During the Charlton game last season people behind us were slagging him off in the last 10 minutes for a poor corner. When he went to take a free kick all I could hear was them saying "bloody waste of time" and it hit the back of the net. My 11 year old niece whispered in my ear "why are they cheering him if they think he is so useless?". Very nice personal memory but he was so much more than that - Good luck Dani and thanks for the great part you played in our crazy roller coaster ride
That bit of experience might have been useful but guess with young new players coming maybe he wasn't going to to be in the squad.
I remember when the Pozzos were in the process of taking the club over we were asking Udi fans what sort of owners they would be. " Do not expect much behind the scenes information to come out, and get used to players coming and going even if they are highly thought of by the fans." Certainly it does seem to be true when you watch what is happening to the club, and I just hope that the new players will be better than Dan Toszer who did a great job for us.
It's a shame. A good player who could have still done a job. Wasn't he still in the training photos released yesterday? Only on loan at the end of the day I guess. Good luck Daniel and thanks.
It is a shame but considering how many midfielders we seem to be going for, not too much of a surprise. Would have been nice to have some continuity in the midfield. Layun maybe going to Granada (although always though it was a full/wing back before he came to us) and doubt Munari will stay either Joka played him from the bench quite a bit, so guess it's not a huge surprise. Not sure where it leaves him with all the problems at Parma.... Although not sure if what happened there has caused this too, despite what we've been told. Parma having to sell off all its assets?
Yes I saw him in a photo there too..... oh well.... perhaps he is a Parma liquidation asset... wish him well and interesting to see where he goes now
Real shame as I liked him as a player and as a member of the team - but we probably have to get used to these sorts of moves. Although it is a shame, I am prepared to get used to this model for our club, it's something that I feel far more comfortable with compared to what we have seen in the recent past and what some other clubs have gone through (or going through - Blackpool anyone?)
Grim, I wanted him to stay, he gave 100% and had a sweet left foot, not a common thing! He must be a bit gutted not to play in the Prem (with us)
