Brilliant. Looks as if Jose has worked his magic yet again. We might finally start to see a good run of form. Massive result today. Two massive games coming up this week though.

Praise the Lord! I was a bag of nerves through that, but Nando came up trumps! What a snip at 50m!

If Jose can get a decent season out of him, he truly is a special one.

Even his boyfriend Rafa only got one Prem goal out of him even though he was hired explicitly to do that ...against all our wishes.

    Jose>Rafa!!!!

Looks like Jose could be the first recent Chelsea manager not to get fired thanks to Torres!!

Chuffed. Really hope he keeps it up and avoids the red cards.

Probably too soon to say "he's back" but to fair play to come back and play that well after missing that easy chance.

The one main difference i've noticed is he looks so much quicker. I mean it's probably down to motivation and confidence aswell but it's like he's gained that extra yard of pace.

Shame he couldn't come out and say 'yea, didn't I do well' but I think they have all been given instructions to keep saying 'team' all the time as they are all doing it now.

That's how Jose makes then feel. Team Team Team. Torres has had 4 consecutive good games. Working hard all over the pitch.

Yep and I agree it is of course a team game, but when he's asked personal questions about how much he feels he has improved, and does he feel more confident etc, he could at least say, 'yea I was crap for a while but now I'm not' LOL I think the beaming face said it all though.

I love the way he has moved from status "biggest ever waste of money" to "wish we had him in our team". The great thing is that there's lots more to come!

<laugh> still early days to go head over heels!

start of this season, a reporter asked Jose about Nando's performance for us over the last few years and his price tag..

this is what Jose said "I think he has paid half of that 50m price until now"!

that truly is a wonderful mind game statement - if you ask me..
