Seriously; who thinks the lad will come good? Year and a half and what, 15 goals? £50m should buy 30-40 goals a year so he is miles off the pace. I like the fella, he seems like a nice guy but at the end of the day he is paid to score. Will he get there for us?

I think he is 3 goals in 5 games this season would be 4 in 5 had Wigan not cleared his great effort of the line. We do need another striker to baack him up. But Torres is in pretty good form at the moment .

This season is huge for Nando. Really hope he delivers but if he doesn't then I think we should call it a day and offload him. He has started well but needs to keep it up as he doesn't have Drogba casting his shadow anymore and the team now has enough creativity for him to thrive. So no excuses.
He has started very well though, 3 goals in 5 games all competitions and 2 in 3 in the league plus v wigan had shot cleared off the line. If he gets the chances the majority of the time he'll score. He got **** all v Athletico as did Hazard and Mata as we were awful going forward and lacked a connection between midfield and attack ( mainly due to lamps ), but the good thing is he did actually make a chance for himself v Athletico which is an improvement as to last season. And great back-tracking / pressing as usual
