You have to feel for the lad he just doesnt know weather he's coming or going these days the shear volume of unluck he has is ridiculous one thing I will say is if he can help us to top 4 and maybe a trophy maybe both the club and the player wont be so bitter when its time to part ways at the end of the season.

From the very start of the game I thought Torres looked different, running about hassling players for the ball, more determined than he has been for a while, the first goal only added to that. Perhaps Benayoun had something to do with it. Lets hope he can keep it up for a while.

Went to the game last night and Torres was brilliant, looks like the old speed is coming back, but what the **** has happened to Ramires,he is a shadow of the player he has been for us.

He can't do his bursting runs when playing with Lamps.

There is a reason he looks better with Mikel in the middle.

Nice to see the players who came in like Bertrand, Moses, Torres etc have such good games...massive contrast to their performances v Southampton.

Much like last season, turning up in the cups but very inconsistent in the league.

So much for it all being Rafa's fault.

I thought Mikel played very well. Interesting how on the highlights on MoD2, he looked pretty average, but from being at the game, I thought he looked excellent.

Considering the team we put out, I believed we would win the game comfortably, but it was all very patchy. I know 3 points were what was needed, but I thought we were poor for most of the game and struggled to keep the ball for more than about 3 or 4 passes.
