Another solid if unspectacular performance away at Torquay kept up the new unbeaten run. I had the pleasure of getting down to watch this game and thought that we did a good job of restricting Torquay to just a few chances. Although Torquay hit the woodwork twice so did we. Torquay could have won it late on but wasted possibly the best chance of the game blasting a shot wide. Some might say that Torquay had their next match (at Plymouth) on their minds, but then again we have that little matter of Crawley at home to think about. I was happy to take a point from this one and could only assume that the reason Beano started on the bench was to save him for the Crawley game.
