    Greetings folks.

I think this coming season is likely to see many football Clubs really struggling to stay afloat.
I thought it would be a good idea to keep a track of this, with some quick reference tables.

There is probably much information to be added to these tables, so I will update them when information becomes available. If any member knows of any deductions or embargos currently affecting any team in these leagues, please post that information here and I'll put it onto the tables...

    Key

Green background ... Club has no specific sanctions against it
Yellow background ... Club has a sanction or embargo on it, or Club is in administration or not paying players.
Red background ... Club is unable to fulfill its fixtures, and / or is in imminent danger of closure.
Black background ... Club has closed.

Notes in blue ... general information (not disciplinary related)
Notes in black ... information about sanctions or other trouble at the Club
Dates in red ... date information was posted. Some situations will change over time.

    Note:

Clubs are listed in Alphabetical order only. These are not league tables based on results.

that goes down as far as the 6th tier of football.

bury started again in the 9th (i believe) after they folded.

I thought about going further down the pyramid, but the further down you go the more parallel leagues there are.
I've only got a limited time to keep these tables updated, so I decided 6th tier was as low as I could practically go.

But it will sadly be true that the lower down the leagues we go, the more Clubs will struggle and probably go to the wall.

    7th August update:

I forgot to include Cardiff City's transfer ban - in place for failing to pay the first installment of the £15m transfer fee for Emiliano Sala (who was tragically killed along with the pilot in a light aircraft crash).

    www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/52810660

That information is now added to the Championship table.

    7th August update II:

It has been reported on the BBC evening news that all non-league Clubs have been told they must play 2020-21 league games behind closed doors.

So no fans allowed at all.
I cannot see how many Clubs will survive.

Macclesfield Town relegated to the National League after EFL wins appeal against a suspension of 4 point deduction.

    www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53744939

Stevenage FC are reprieved, going back up into League Two.

Absolutely extraordinary at this late date.
Tables in the first post will be amended shortly...

    28th August update:

Charlton Athletic - we find we are now under a total embargo.
The EFL has decided we have enough of a squad to fulfill our fixtures, so no new signings are allowed unless an existing squad member leaves. This includes players under 21.

I know this has been known for a short while.
I just got round to updating it here.
