I read that earlier, very surprised on what Bennett earns. Thought Routs would have been in there. But Ayew’s wedge, I wonder if he can spare a few quid.

 

Routs was out of contract and signed a ‘relatively’ cheap deal I’d guess, given his age (and the fact he’s settled in Swansea)

 

Still expected him to be on at least 10k especially as Naughton was out of contract as well.

 

I’d guess that Naughton must be younger and that Cooper expected that he would play more often than Routs

 

Kyles got 4 years on Wayne so there's the disparity , younger legs more playing time ahead

 

I would imagine Grimes' agent will be having a word at the end of the season...club captain on the same wage as Ryan Manning who has only played a couple of times...
