For more transfer windows than I can recall, rosc was giving big shout outs for us to sign Brentford's centre back James Tarkowski. Spot on it seems, sir - Tarkowski has been playing a blinder for his new club Burnley this season and is now tipped for an England cap. Sean Dyche bought him for 'peanuts' in February 2016 and when Burnley sold Michael Keane to Everton for £30m, it was Tarkowski he looked to as his replacement. And anybody who saw even just the highlights of yesterday's game between the two clubs, wouldn't be left in any doubt who was the more influential player.
