What are everyone's top 5 Saints goals that they've celebrated? I've just been on YouTube to remind me so here goes: 5: Le Tissier v Newcastle (1st Goal in 2-1 victory at Dell) 4: Pahars v Everton 2nd goal to keep us up (1998?) 3: Lee Barnard v MK Dons last year at St Mary's - I began to believe! 2: Henri Camera v Norwich to make it 4-3 in 2005 at St Mary's - I thought we were staying up 1: Matt le God le Tissier v Arsenal last goal at the Dell - Me & the whole Dell went absolutely mental! There are so many more that could have been included - MLT v Newc 2nd goal, Pahars v Pompey on 3-0 win, Lambert equaliser v Pompey in FA Cup, Ormerod goal in FA Cup Semi, etc, etc. What do you all think?
For a regular celebration, Papa Waigo followed closely by Antonio (did this when I scored in 5 a side, so twice... picture of it exists though!)
I like SRL's celebrations. He looks like he is properly celebrating. Teeth grinding, fists clenched. Oh, I've come over all flustered.
Leaving aside the great goals of Matty, who seemed to have a different celebration with every different goal in later years, and concentrating on the last few years, I reckon Kenwyne Jones' backflips took some beating. Papa Waigo's dead man walking celebration was brilliant [I really miss that guy - what a character] and Antonio's smooth dance. Here's a tribute to Papa from Italian fans: Remember this too: Papa Waigo and Dance meet the crowd at St. Mary's
The biggest goals I have Celebrated were Chaplow v United, Fonte v Brighton and Hartlepool , chamberlain v walsall , and every goal at home this term bar guly v Millwall cause I wasn't there
The goal I remember celebrating the most is number 5: Matty's goal against Arsenal at The Dell. Best player celebration..just want to see a lot more of Rickie's!
Henri Camara made it 4-3 v Norwich. Saganowski/John v Sheff United has to be a candidate. Oh and Barnard v Exeter to make it 4-0 because I won a packet.
Went absolutely mental when Hammond scored against Leeds as did the people around me. Cracking goal to start life back in the championship.
i dont think any celebration can beat this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HzHcEBtckOo&feature=related
