They had the same sort of start last year, I say we just focus on us instead of anyone else, go about our business quietly as it seems none of the papers or any of the football shows seem to care about us, not one word about up on the football league show last night, maybe if we beat Leeds they might say our names

Brighton and Barnsley have both started as they did last season.

Brighton will stay top half poss play off, Barnsley I think over a season they are not strong enough but could be wrong.

The difference in us compared to last seasons is Del has installed a never give up attitude, apart from Florist and Barnsley we have scored more than one goal a game. But both of those we especially Barnsley we attacked them to the end.

Yesterday we should of been up at halftime. Like Petersborough the team i would of thought they got a almighty bollocking at half time to change the second half. Because something changes in the second half at most of these games.

Last season was about getting the team to believe and not give up that happened at the right time. Probably played the friendly talk into the players ears.

This season it's welcome to the Glasgow way. Don't preform expect the hair dryer!!

We have seen from his comments after a few games he is not happy unless he takes 3 points.
