    Bristol City board had a thread where they ranked the managers in the Championship from 1-24, so I think it'll be interesting to see how people rate Grayson in a similar thread on here. Did 1-10 because it's a bit tedious doing all the mid-table and unproven managers.

    My top 10:
    1. Nigel Adkins - Southampton
    2. Sam Allardyce - West Ham
    3. Steve McClaren - Nottm Forest
    4. Ian Holloway - Blackpool
    5. Simon Grayson - Leeds
    6. Gus Poyet - Brighton
    7. Kenny Jackett - Millwall
    8. Sven Goran Eriksson - Leicester
    9. Brian McDermott - Reading
    10. Malky Mackay - Cardiff

    The worst manager award goes to:
    24. Nigel Clough.

    Yep ...of course failed everywhere except a lucky season with Lazio....... took the Blackburn job till he realised it was up north......
    and he failed to even get you in the playoffs :)
    he will be sacked by Xmas if you are not in the top 5 .......

    i think alot of respect has to go down to Malky for his time at watford. Had no money and brought in some great youth players for watford and made them into a decent championship side. Cardiff have got a good manager on board.

    17. Grayson - If he signs some decent players I'll lift him to 14th. But I dnt rate managers that sign Bessone, Collins, Paynter etc
