Looking at the bigger picture we have had a decent season but what could of been with abit of luck with regards to the injuries.

We cannot do anything about it but I trust Brucie he is gradually taking us in the right direction, give him the money he wants to get the 8 or 9 players in he has talked about and lets improve a little bit more next season.

Shame Bolo is leaving but we will find a replacement

There have been mistakes this season but here we are at the end with real improvement in position and points. Makes you wonder what might have been.
The summer suddenly looks a whole lot brighter.

Call me a glass half full kind of bloke but winning today and finishing 10th, above the skunks - while great, (and I am delighted), does run the risk of papering over the cracks.

We have yet another big summer ahead of us, major investment being needed just to replace the loanees and likely departures - let alone take us to the proverbial "next level".

Overall the season's been a disappointment having promised so much early on. The injuries have been shocking but the collapse (again) in the second half of the season doesn't bode well for next year. If it happens again - will we get away with it again ?

I'm for keeping Bruce but won't get excited until I see exactly what quality is brought in; and if next year sees another collapse then he will have to go IMO.

would have took it at the start of the season and im pleased that we have finished in the top 10 at the end but im still guttered about the cup defeats more than any other thing that has happened this season, even the mags game.

The aim was top 10, we got it so it will be interestingtoo see who we will sign in the summer, one thing is for sure, it wont be dull!
