How can we go toe to toe with Liverpool one week and look poor against Palace the next?

Why do they all suddenly get placed in their actual positions against Pool but against teams below us it's all random.

Tonali is an elite player, I love his attitude too

 

This is our best result of the season. But we could have won.

We always try against the big teams but plod about with those we should be beating. Motivation is the issue
