But the ref gave it and also had a clear view
It took 2mins for them to ask the ref to have a look and the ref must have looked at it for a minute so it wasnt a clear and obvious error
When it happened I was jumping about thinking we had the penalty but the replay I saw (numerous times) was a slo mo and hit his thigh first, JUST though!

Used to ref in PL but retired like a lot of other refs and got themselves into the VAR room

I haven’t seen any replay and at the other end of the Ground so couldn’t really tell if it was or wasn’t.
But Poster Boy’s bolded part is the key part of the issue for me. If it was clear and obvious what took so long to decide that?
