Id hope our players don't even look at the table, go into every game with a plan designed to defeat who's in front of you.

Doesn't matter if they're 2nd or 17th. Go into every single game ready for a fight.

Man U don’t get quite as much benefit but they’re still 4 points better off thanks to VAR. Spurs have benefitted as well. But LiVARpools 11 points is by far the highest. I get it. The PL is a global brand and wants its biggest clubs doing well. It’s just a little obvious that it’s corrupt.
I would simply say what you are actually saying doesn’t prove anything.

If VAR is correcting wrong decisions and teams are getting points as a consequence then that is why VAR is there.

It’s the dodgy VAR decisions where teams are getting points which are the issue. A table of those points would be interesting and potentially revealing.

Errrrrr, it’s a football forum not a boxing forum. We could just go into every game ready to play football. Just a thought.

Man united losing would be nice.. who've they got after Brighton?

We have a better run in than Man U, but they have a higher achieveable points total, all betting sites putting us to finish above them atm

They haven't been too great recently, which is good for us with them facing Brighton now.

Open game so far. Chances for both teams.

Mind you, Brighton play some risky stuff in defence. There's 'playing it out from the back' and then there's passing it across your own 6 yard box with attackers either side of you.

It’s great to watch though: they play sexy football.

Brighton's Webster looks so much better at CB than Maguire, Dier and the others that Southgate keeps selecting for his England squads.

Brighton look very open and take risks. We will beat them if they play like this against us at SJP
They also press quickly and look good on the break too, so should be a cracking, open game (albeit could well be nervy too).

If it stays like this then it suits us. But it looks like there could be some goals in this game. Good to watch.
