Just about sums it up for me. Ashley and Co have been chucking our history and heritage in the bin for years now. Nothing is sacred, nothing has any worth or value to them.
If they don't want these archive items, surely they could have offered them to someone or something (charity) that would appreciate them.

 

I think this stuff is all digitally stored and it's just the presentation that's old fashioned. Easy to get riled when things are so bad, and the club don't help themselves. Why not just get it collected securely? Nope, we'll stick it in a skip round the back.

I get the vitriol towards Ashley, but in my book Charnley's worse. He's a totally incompetent, out of his depth boob. His history is low-level finance, and that's all he does today. He should be sacked, it's the most positive thing the owner could do aside from selling up.

 

They've even renamed the Trophy room to the " room "

 

Digitally secure or not, the act of dumping pictures of past teams that would play off the park the present bunch of failures is just crass and classless.
Nothing is sacred, and this pathetic act sums up the moral fibre of this crew to a Tee.

I doubt however this was Charnley or MA doing this!
They don't sit in a room thinking "how can we piss them off today" and run around in nappies like naught school boys.
I would suggest someone far below either of these two and even if it was one of them who said "let's have a clearout" am sure they didn't hire the skip and chuck it in!

But it's a symbol of the 'don't give a crap' attitude that has permeats our club from top down.

 

None of the current lot are fit to even spit on the boots of the likes of Shearer, Robert, Bellamy [even though he's a complete cock.] Plus, for a man who plays on his ties to SBR, Carver should be absolutely ashamed of himself.

 

I agree with many posts above... but with this shower you cant be sure if its malevolent/stupidity/slap-dash/pig-ignorance/heads up their own arse/ etc etc.

Assuming (in the best of light) that this is an attic/old cupboard style clear-out, why not give the photos to the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation to auction off? Might of raised a few quid

 

Can't even be bothered to sort their rubbish out and recycle properly, disgraceful.
