So the enigma that is Tony Watt looks to be on his way to Cardiff in January.
    No surprises there then.
He's already a crowd fav down in the principality.
Played 3 scored 2 and won a pen not a bad start,BUT he's such a bad influence that attitude my oh my ..really feel sorry for Cardiff ,who'd want a young talented hungry forward with tons of ability and with the right management the man who can mean the difference between also rans and play off contenders.

The problem with Watt is that he always seems to start off well at his Clubs (isn't this his 4th...), before his true colours as a pain in the arse emerge. He is decent on his day, but not brilliant. He lacks a change of pace and has a poor footballing brain. That said, he is probably better than Vaz Te, the guy who replaced him.

I thought he'd have been the ideal player to bring on second half on Saturday. Instead we had Big Mak.

i never want to see watt play for us again. i dont think he's a team player and we seem to be playing better with standard type players (albeit not the best ones). if we could sign a good target man in jan then i think we'll be alright. hopefully we find out what's wrong with vetokele and get him back and in form

Everyone has been ****e over the last few months, Solly has been going through the worst form in his career. If it was me I would have kept Watt. At least he can be exciting.

Look who he's played under whilst with us - and I'll think you'll find the problem.

On form the most talented player we have he's special stupid decision by moronic board as for Igorwe were trying to offload him to Bolton a fe w weeks ago.
Another decision made by brainless morons in charge of our once great club that is now a laughing stock

I still believe that it's down to poor management. A player of his calibre would have probably done well under Curbs. Doubt he'd take s*** off of Watt, and actually made him work hard and play.

This whole softly softly approach is not bad. I think it just goes to show, given the right manager, they can get the best out of players. Guy Luzon and Karl Fraeye are hardly shining examples of quality and aspiration.

Deep down, I'm still furious about this, and I bet we get bugger all for him (RD may want to pocket the cash as he came to us for free), and given there are legal issues surfacing in Belgium, I wonder whether that played it's part. This is somewhat diluted as there is a rumour the captain wanted to move him on (the rumour comes from Colin1961 so it's very diluted) but really, I'd have hoped an experienced manager could manage a decent player and get the best out of him. Have to wait for a decent manager to Surface I suppose.

The best we can hope for now is that this is bumping his price up. However I fear s fee will have already been agreed.

I really don't care if the fee is £3mil or £3, it's money in Duchatelet's pocket and it's not like it'll be spent on anything good.
