Has he got what it takes to make it at Celtic or are we going overboard about him because of his debut performance and his goal against Barcelona?

Not going over the top about his talent at all. The kid plays with great footballing intelligence. He makes clever runs and works defenders in the right way.

I am concerned about his application. I know one shouldn't listen to rumour but so the story goes, Stokesy was demoted to the kids. Helped them along and put his head down. Same thing happened to Watt and he's just not interested. It could all be bollocks but there it is.

Talent. No worries on that score. He has all the potential to be a very very big player.

He has pace and power and is a very clever player, I think he has more of the attributes to be a top striker that anyone who has come through the youth system since Gerry Crainey.

Unless there is an attitude problem there is no reason why he cant go on to become a really good player... not sure it will be at Celtic though, he seems ready to be in the first team somewhere but his opportunities for that with us will be limited and Im not sure he will want to hang around.

Too early to say, to be honest. When he's played, he's done well but not amazingly so. Clearly, he's good and he has time on his side to develop further, but it's best not to get carried away based on his goal against Barca (which was very well taken).

Next season will be a biggie for him I think, especially if Hooper moves away and it allows him more opportunities to start. Even if that's just pre-season.

Hope he does well but will have to wait and see <ok>

I think the worse thing that could have happened to him was scoring against Barcelona...

I think he's a genuine talent, pace to burn, can score and has a lovely turn of skill, could be a cracking player for us for years to come but as has been said he's young and raw so the jury's still out at this stage.

He'll amount to the square root of **** all like every other so called talented young scottish player.

I can only think of one scot Adrian McSnidey that has progressed any further.

And I know what I'm talking about.

Naturally gifted player but like all naturally gifted players their attitude is questionable.

If he takes a leaf out of larssons book and matches talent with work ethic he'll become a legend.
