Wales just need to sack Coleman now and put Pulis in charge and I'm a happy man.

Could be available for Utd, now that Van Gaal's proved to be a dud.

Presumably, as a Welshman, MattH does not want that batard, Pulis running his country. (actually, I would suspect MattH being a bit of a unknowledgable plastic, just doesn't like Pulis because he hasn't played for an elite club yet).

I won't deny that Pulis is successful with his resources; however, he is a vile, baseball cap wearing, disrespectful thug.
A manager wearing a baseball cap, to me, shows a complete lack of respect to the club he is managing. That, and his teams so frequently resort to thuggery.

If Wales get Pulis then we may well qualify for something, Coleman is clueless imo. I wanted him in when he left Stoke and was slated by some Welsh fans but at the end of the day he would turn us into a side that is organised and difficult to beat.

I don't see the idots in the Wesh FA snapping up this opportunity though.

If Pulis switched to wearing a Fedora instead of a Baseball cap... and I mean Fedora, not one of those ugly Tilby hats, then I would be in full favour of him taking on a role at a national level.

You wouldn't go to court in a baseball cap. You wouldn't go on a first date wearing a baseball cap.

I'm not expecting them to wear a three piece suit and tie. A track suit is acceptable, if you're an athletic, get involved type manager.

A baseball cap just says "I couldn't be bothered to comb my hair today". (Or wax my head if he's bald)

When you're a public authority symbol representing the club a certain image is expected. Baseball cap just implies slovenly and non caring. Disrepectful of a manager to show up to a game like that.

Would your work accept you showing up in a baseball cap? I know mine wouldn't.

    Guess depends where you work.

Wearing a baseball cap as a manager would probably be acceptable if you managed Millwall because that would comply with clubs brand.

/ ok for manager to wear cap on training field or in private training events. Public events first impression: oh there's Stoke/Crystal Palace, etc with the red neck baseball cap manager.

That's not the public image/profile the club wants buts it's first thought.
