For those who are not familiar with his name, he is the man who owns some of the most popular bars in the City Centre; and has stated that he will no longer show matches that are broadcast from the foreign stations in respect of Niall Quinn.
In my opinion, this is a nobel gesture and deserves our respect. I for one will make sure that I have one or two more extra beers in Paddy's and the Glass Spider to make up for his losses...<ale><ale><ale>
All we need now is for more people from the Wearside/Durham/ South Tyneside regions to take a look at how they themselves could change things by spending there money in support of local shops, businesses and bars, as well as our club, rather than in Newcastle; and then we could all make a huge difference to the local economy, boost employment and make gestures such as that of Tony Griffiths seem worth while.
    Ha'Way the Lads!!!!
