For those who are not familiar with his name, he is the man who owns some of the most popular bars in the City Centre; and has stated that he will no longer show matches that are broadcast from the foreign stations in respect of Niall Quinn. In my opinion, this is a nobel gesture and deserves our respect. I for one will make sure that I have one or two more extra beers in Paddy's and the Glass Spider to make up for his losses... All we need now is for more people from the Wearside/Durham/ South Tyneside regions to take a look at how they themselves could change things by spending there money in support of local shops, businesses and bars, as well as our club, rather than in Newcastle; and then we could all make a huge difference to the local economy, boost employment and make gestures such as that of Tony Griffiths seem worth while. Ha'Way the Lads!!!!
maybe if 1 of your players bought a house in Sunlun this could boost the economy enough. Stop begging Niall it doesnt suit you... Just go to the game---thats all he asks !
Why do you insist on frequenting the SUNDERLAND board? i've got a spare Red & White shirt if you really want to come out of the closet but failing that, **** OFF you muppet.
well done tony finally a publican willing to do something for the club instead of using it as a cash cow!
