I'd rather load up the midfield and try to stop their attacking play in midfield then try to attack them on the counter.
Personally think we need 5 in the middle to keep them as far away from our box as possible. They'd waltz through a 4 man midfield and would be playing on our 25 yard line.
I hope colback plays at LB, not Dossena but I odnt expect it. It also looks like Catts and Bridcutt will play together What I think Poyet will play: Mannone Bardo, Oshea, Brown, Dosser Catts, Bridcutt AJ, larsson, Giacc Wickham
Iwould play mannone colback gardner, o,shea, cuellar, brown, bards catts Ki, bridcutt, Johnson Its parking the bus and hoping for a nil nil classic.
Id be tempted to start Gardner with a shoot on site policy. Reckon the Mig has a mistake in him tonight. Had a premonition on.the bog that we go 1-0 up then they have a centre back sent off and we hold on for the victory.

i would not play johnson at all this is going to be if anything a hard fought draw at the best ,he does not counter any attacking full back by tracking back ,a working side to grind out a draw 0-0
See what your saying mate but Johnson may literally be our only attacking threat and their only weakness may be the left back position. Cant defend all game.
he just does not work hard enough for this type of game its just not his thing,if we are to get a point it will be 0-0 as we cant score at home so do you expect us to get a goal at anfield . keep him for w/ham in a game in which he would be better suited

I would just like the players to try whoever Gus picks. Would it not be prudent to play Ba, Mavrias etc. if they do well augurs well for the much more important WHU game. If we get beat at least the non trying tossers currently plying their, alleged, trade would not get injured.
