Regardless of the result of tonight's match I'm hoping that both sets of fans will come away happy after seeing an entertaining game.

Hopefully the atmosphere will be a warm friendly one befitting such a game and will spread to the players on the field. It'll be nice for Darlo fans as well as ourselves to see some of our new guns unleashed on the English stage and strut their stuff. I know the game won't be played at 100 mph but there should be enough class on show to make it a memorable if not thrilling evening. If the Darlo fans can match the travelling 5,000 Toon fans in getting behind their team I'm sure it will be.

It makes the 13th Aug and our opening encounter with Arsenal seem that little bit closer.

Hoping there'll be no need for any. Hopefully a bit of target practice for our guys.

We got 7 last time, I want 10.

Right, I'm pissed off. The insulation blokes are here, I'm stuck in my room trying to sleep, and all I can hear is these broad Mackem accents. If my mam has let scumbags into my house I will be fuming. I am trying to sleep you bastards, I have a big match tonight!

Rather that than be sat at your desk at work, still - in 8 hours time I'll be finished and on the first of two three day weekends.

By the time they finish drilling the holes and then pump the filling into the walls and seal everything up it could take a while. The one thing in your favour is they might try to get it done quicker with it being a Friday so that they can get an early finish.

Here's the kicker (pun intended), it was my own doing! I went for a spectacular Tiote style volley and my right leg followed through demolishing my left hand that for some reason was hanging limply in front of myself :( they should put 'don't try this at home' warnings of Tiote's goal!

Tiote made that happen for you trying to imitate him. There can only be one Tiote!
