    That concludes the evening's questions.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: They'll get better and value will improve. Elliott has already improved with his feet playing out from the back. He could be v.good.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Both keepers are on a strength programme and getting bigger all the time.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Elliott is a young man still maturing. I think by the summer he will be a lot bigger with a presence. That will also give him confidence

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: You can't drop a keeper after every mistake. I thought about playing Frankie v Watford, but Elliott is getting a rapport with defenders.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What are your thoughts on the goalkeeping situation?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Absolutely. We want to get to a situation where everybody is after our players. I won't like it, but we need that.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Is it an option to send him on loan?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Can Jordan play as a quarter-back? I know he can run and be athletic and tackle but I need more from him. I can't just throw him in now.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What's happened to Jordan Wynter?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
DH: Yes it has, along with free tickets to see the rugby with a BCFC season ticket. Lots of thought has gone into this.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Has thought been given to joint football/rugby season tickets for next season?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Ideally you would want him wide of a 4-3-3. To be fair to him he has come on recently as a wing-back. Great for his education.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: He needs another trick. At the moment he keeps coming inside from wide - I want him to be able to go outside as well.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: I think he's better from wide. He's been less effective coming on down the middle without the same space to use his pace.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Is Wes Burns a winger or a striker?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Jay is a really nice boy and he understands football. Anything you ask him to do, he is comfortable with it.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: He is a sprinter. If you put Usain Bolt in a 3km race, he won't win. He hasn't got the capacity to run all the time.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Trying to get him fitter is something I look forward to. It's hard to do that mid-season. He has PL ability.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Some people will think he's lazy, some won't. I don't think it is that. He will get you off your seat - good or bad.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What do you think of Jay Emmanuel-Thomas?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
JL: We can't compete with people we can't compete with. We have to sell the club in other ways. Look at Joe Bryan scoring winner v Rovers.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Can you not work with them instead? Players who don't make it at Saints could still be good enough for L1.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: If we want a 16-year-old kid you hope will be the next big thing, do you pay 250k to buy his parents a house? That's what goes on.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SL: I think it's a Prem club doing what they want and I don't like it. They are cheating but what can we do about it?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What is your view on Southampton's Academy stealing the Bath patch?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
DH: You won't get a banning order for minor offences, e.g. running on the pitch. Disorderly behaviour in the city centre is different.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Why are fans getting such strong bans for minor offences?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: Taking goal kicks from the middle, we are spread out with more options. I think we CAN play out from the back.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: I want us to play. The more players are comfortable with the ball, the more value they are worth.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: If teams come and press us, we can get them in behind. Like Waggy's goal at Bradford. JET doesn't even need to win the header.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: They were nervous. First thing we needed to do was affect the opposition's backline. We've done that with movements and runners.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What were your first impressions of training?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: No, I will change it if/when I see fit. So far I have not felt that necessary.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Have you felt need to change captain?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
...harder to coach shooting, because it takes it out of their legs.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: If I'm clean through, can I shift the ball to open up the goal? Get to the box and cut across the defender. Sat/Tues games make it...

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SC: You highlight it too much, he gets too nervous. I've spoken to him just one to one about it. On Sat he just needed confidence at HT.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: Has Sam Baldock been made to practice one on ones?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SL: We have signed too many players in the past that we haven't done our homework on.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
SL: We need a supporting system for identifying players and getting reports on them. SC's knowledge is a big help in the short term.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
JL: KB as DoF heads up recruitment. But if SC doesn't fancy a player, we won't get him.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 1h
Q: What is Keith Burt's role?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Long-term plan is good. Pay too much attention to long term, you forget the short term. Right now I need to get us through this season.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Players from lower leagues we will get opinions on. These can be split opinions, which makes it difficult.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Scouting network not as big as we'd like yet. Database on players takes time. I don't need to see Championship players - I know them.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: If a player has been identified already but I don't like him, we won't get him.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: If we have to pay slightly over the odds I would do that for the right player, but it can't happen every time.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: We could've paid over the odds for the winger I mentioned. I don't see why we should be held to ransom, because that will always happen.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: We need a winger but he needs to be better than what we've got. There aren't many out there. Must be our price and a fair price.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: I don't want to hinder Wes Burns' progress. If we play 4-4-2 we can only have one winger because we will get done in the middle.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: We've bid twice for a winger, both turned down. I wouldn't pay more than our last offer for him anyway.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: One thing I think we need is a winger. Do you have ambitions to sign one before the end of the season?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: I hate it and it hurts at first, but I know things are being done in the right way. There have been bad things said and that is wrong.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: How much does supporter criticism affect you?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: There aren't enough of them! BCFC fans have passion for the club and support the team on the pitch. For me, they are great.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: How do you describe BCFC fans on your travels?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: We can only wait and see on what happens with Plan A.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: What are plans for AV site if AG redevelopment goes ahead?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
JL: I've worked here five years and followed the club closely from every stand. I add a unique perspective.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: I always encourage views from supporters, but do not feel it necessary to add another member to the Board for the sake of it.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Jon represents the Lansdown family on the Board. I took him to games when he was 6. He got me into this! He assesses situations so well.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Keith Dawe came in with me in 96/97. Has put his own money and knowledge into the club. A great foil for me over the years.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Ernie attends every away game. He makes sure we are represented at every away fixture, which is important.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: The three Board members here (and Keith Dawe) are avid BCFC fans. Why do you think we haven't got supporters on the Board already?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
DH: My own experience is in finance. I'm a BCFC fan since 1973. I help to run the club and the stadium. We are all pulling together.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: We've combined Supporters Club & Trust. Why can't we have a supporter represented on the Board? What do existing Board members bring?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: We will work hard and have players willing to work hard to bring this club success.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Plan is to stay up and push on next year. The squad has become more manageable financially and potentially better in quality.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Yes we can. We've got to bring in experienced heads to help young players already here. I believe likes of El-Abd coming in are a help.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: We've heard talk of five pillars. What is the five year plan, ten year plan? Can we get back to Championship and be competitive.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Ideally I would get two CMs in. I don't fancy us to play with two CMs at the moment. Pearson and Kelly absence not helping.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: We need an experienced sitting midfielder if we can. Getting them is difficult at the moment. That's the problematic area this window.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Chances are players who have to play in a back three or a midfield three, they probably can't run. We have to get the right ones.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: No, he's probably going to a Championship club! If you sign players who can play 4-4-2, those players can still play in other systems.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: Have we got the right player just in front of back four?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: I don't think we will sign another defender this window. Karleigh and Adam have come in and I'm happy with that.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: Have we got enough defensive personnel to improve defensive record?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
JL: Temple Meads site not big enough for football stadium. Hopefully plans for arena still come to fruition, but cannot be combined.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: Last July I wrote to JL about plans for new stadium and collapsed plans for an arena in Bristol near Temple Meads. Can these be combined?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: In my view it makes us better by proposing to sponsors they can sponsor all clubs - bigger audience. Better proposition for sponsors.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Bristol Sport manages commercial, financial and stadium aspects of Bristol sports clubs - football, basketball, rugby, etc.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: What is situation with BCFC and Bristol Sport?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Depends on circumstances. He may not properly recover until next season.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: He doesn't have power in the knee yet. Has to build strength. If he comes back in March, depends on what we need. Must we play him?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Both are joining in lightly in warm ups, nothing competitive. Liam more straightforward - reconstructed cruciate ligament.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SC: Pearson had bad ankle injury. He could come back in three weeks and break down again. Depends on success of operation.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Q: What is the current state of fitness of Stephen Pearson and Liam Kelly? Are they in your plans?

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Football brings people together - that is priceless. It makes me feel good to be part of BCFC and I will continue to back it financially

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Community major part of club. Work with 50k kids per year. Most importantly, community spreads the BCFC name and next generation of fans

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Unrealistic to field entire team of under-24s, not restricted to that. Experienced players also part of plans when appropriate.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Academy Cat 2 in place. Bryan, Burns, Reid prove the plan is working. Pathway is in place. Recruitment policy - focus on under 24.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
Steve Lansdown confirms #BristolCity will push forward with the Ashton Gate stadium redevelopment if there is no judicial review bid.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: We will proceed with AG development unless anything untoward occurs over next few weeks.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: Stadium - have planning permission on AV. AG planning permission to be signed any day. Hope to confirm early March, start work in May.

    Bristol City FC ‏@bcfctweets 2h
SL: It's a while since I've addressed supporters - too long. The value of AG Ltd exceeds the £20m debt of AG Ltd. BCFC is NOT in debt.

    Thanks for the info Wizered.
SL is human and has made mistakes like all of us but how anyone can question his commitment is beyond me. How many other club owners do this type of session with supporters on such a regular basis?
    Top man.

I like Wynter, and didn't like this answer

He came here with little game time at the Arsenal so perhaps he needs games to get him more experience. Playing in a relegation battle can scar some players.

I also found that strange, several fans that attended last night have said SC stated that "He could not see a future at the club for Jordan"

Also stated El ABD will be playing on the left of CD.. didn't look comfortable there to me??

That sounds VERY worrying for me. He's only played a handful of games for us, but he looked absolutely great for us, especially when you consider that these matches were his first ever first-team games.
