...prooves that on any given day, 11 against 11 men, any outcome is possible. This is why we shouldn't get too uptight if the Saints don't quite perform as we know they can, any team can have an off day. The team have proved how consistent they have been for the last 2 seasons and I feel that they have earned our trust without the inevitable inquests after every rare bad performance. We have a club of winners, lets all try to believe in them, as much as they believe in themselves.
Easier said then done. When you are doing so well and are top of the league, expectations rise....and let´s be honest if we were to lose 0-3 against Reading on Friday there will a lot of us criticising the performance, individual players, tactics ...etc...When we all know that ,in fact, we have had a magnificent season and we are exceeding expecations as it is, but that is football. One bad game and we are all disgraced and don´t believe we are ready for the prem and then one good game and suddenly we are the best team in the league (which we are).
Yes, but that ain't the saints fans way. Don't win three nil? Sackthe manager and drop anyone who wasn't Messiesque on the night.
Secondstain, why dont you ask to become a mod, seeing as you post on every article for others to 'look' at other article. Just dont read it pal if you dont want to.
