Firstly well done everyone tonight as said before you can only beat what's in front of you. Gibson played brilliantly and tbf he is progressing slowly. Anderson has had more good games this season than people give him credit for. He played brilliantly around Xmas before his last injury and I think if we keep him injury free for a season he will show us whether he will always be an up and down player or he is worth the 20 million or so we payed for.

Secondly I have been confused about Owens appearances recently as he seems likely to leave so would a young player like will keane not get a chance but I realised that saf the master tactician is getting him sharp in case the title goes to gd. I get the feeling he has one more big goal for united. Either a winner on Sunday or a big goal in terms of gd.
If you think I'm completely wrong about Owen or tonight just comment I will try my best not to get annoyed even with the most idiotic statements

yeah gibson and anderson were great, scoring and assisting, but not just that general game play aswell.with owen I wouldnt mind seeing him signing a new contract for another year or so,but if he does decide to leave hopefully welbeck, macheda or diouf could step up but they do need more time, until then we would have 3 great strikers to rely on,but yeah its always good to have plenty of options

I really hope fergie gives the young players a chance this year. Morrison pogba tunnicliffe and keane have been out standing this season and I would love to see them step up along with. Welbeck and cleverly from loans. I'm not saying play all is them but giving them a chance in dead rubber games and cc matches will show us if the hype is worth it.

Why would the young guns not get a chance? Simple in that this was was not a certain win. If we had found ourselves in a bad position (say we played a youth line-up and schalke scored first) and only had youth players to bring on we could have been in trouble, Besides personally i would like to see Owen given more games. Fergie needs to see if he's worth hanging onto for next season and considering that he's generally only played the last twenty minuets i think he has done well. I think he should get a start before the end of the season. Maybe in the blackpool game as it is just a week before the CL final and we could (if im being positive) have won the league by then anyway.

Actually thinking of it they probably wern't registered in the 25 players we're allowed to use anyway.
