the majority of terrorists are massively incompetent anyway. it wouldn't be hard to get a higher kill count than that for anyone with a degree of intelligence and intent. the capabilities of them is constantly overplayed by ITV news in an attempt to scare us all to death, much like the rest of their coverage of anything.
