Tomlin - if fully fit would you play him tomorrow?

I've never been a big fan but I would start him if fit. He has the ability to play Glatzel into goal scoring positions.

Who would you drop? I wouldn't start either Vaulks or Paterson.

Murphy must start. Clearly NML is injured as Hoilet might be as well. Could go with Vassell and Glatzel to start with Vassell playing a little wider and cutting in.

    Hope Peltier is fit.

Bluey - after watching Huddersfield playing against Fulham, the answer would be yes. Their midfield was poor in that game now they've lost Mooy and Billing. Tomlin could unlock them like Cairney did - at least that's the theory.

If we go down the usual route, it'll be another blunt force trauma event.

Yes obviously but our manager has a stubborn streak and I suspect Tomlin will be home in Leicester tomorrow evening but hope I’m wrong.

Warnock doesn’t seem to be the type of manager who’ll abandon his footballing philosophy to suit the fans. He’ll want to get it right his way.

But unfortunately for us his way is no longer the appropriate way for this league.

Have we got 9 other fit outfield players?
If Peltier isn't fit I'd put Coxe in there.
Nelson instead of Flint to give a bit more pace? Or Nelson in front of the back 4
Looks like Whyte on the right if NML still not fit or play Vassel out there. Murphy on the left.
Tomlin in a midfield 3, but who are the other 2? Bacuna and Ralls? Ralls and Vaulks feel a little light weight as a pair. We're going to miss Pack!

    Smithies
    Coxe Morrison Flint Bennett
    Nelson Tomlin Ralls
    Vassel Glatzel Murphy

Yes. In for Paterson, who is so off the pace it's almost tragic.
NML, if fit to start along with Murphy on the other wing.
Central defence Nelson & Flint (won't happen) Morrison has been very poor.
    Coxe and Bennett full backs.
    Glatzel and Vassel up front.

    Smiffy
    Coxe Flint Nelson Bennet
    NML Ralls Tomlin Murphy
    Glatzel Vassel

Coxe would be a gamble, but Peltier if he's fit.
Morrison has been poor generally and didn't get a grip of the game after Pack went off. He actually looked lost most of the time against Reading.
Harsh? Perhaps, but desperate times, desperate measures.

Whyte, Tomlin, Murphy and Glatzel as a front 4. <yikes>

Think we just need to keep them out the other end.<whistle>

True but someone was at fault for not closing down Chelobah, Bacuna maybe? He was given far too much time and room to get the shot away.

Not quite sure what Bacuna is - he’s neither a right back or holding midfielder- the last two positions he’s played in. Thought he was by far our worst performer last night. The game last night really missed Gunner (or somebody like that) leaving our incredibly ponderous CB pairing exposed

I actually thought that was his best game for us so far. Doesn't say a lot I know.

We desperately need Trigger back very soon. I don't know the extent of his injury.

Amusing little bust up with Bacuna and his brother. Morrison was pi$$ing himself laughing.

I don't know if Whyte will make it at this level. Lot of energy but doesn't seem very quick and loath to take on players.

Doesn't know whether to stick or twist when he has the ball and got caught in possession quite often.

He needs time to adapt to see if he is up to it. In saying that he covered back well a couple of times when Peltier went marauding upfield. <yikes>

On the Bacuna front, paid a quid to watch the Nice pre-season game on CCFC TV and Bacuna was probably the best player on the pitch that game - he was everywhere and got things spot on.

Since then he's been poor, but there were some signs last night that he can have some impact on the side. The problem is where do you play him?
