    All I can say mate is he had plenty of experience playing wise , but only time will tell if he can coach .
    But as I said before I expect to see a few serie a players arrive at the club

    This guy only had a few more caps (against arguably a weaker strike force than Del Piero and Inzaghi) however you would not go around the SOL telling people he was duff ;)

    A 35 year old? Is that really progress? I don't think pensioners (football terms anyway) are going to put bums on seats personally.

    I'll be a little more than miffed if this is our new transfer policy for 2013/14

    ****ing hell if thats true then we are about to make some huge leaps backwards this summer. We want hungry young players not zimmer frame, tortoise paced candidates. We've got enough of them already.

    From what I've read the rocchi thing looks like it might happen have to say I agree 35 years of age not sure playing wise what he can offer ,if he came as a coach I can live with that , but as for upfront we should be looking at players like Seydou doumbia
