Anyone know anything about this guy:

"Charlton Athletic are ready to sign Fulham target Tom Naylor.

The Daily Mail says Charlton hope to pip Derby to highly rated Mansfield defender Naylor, 20.

The London club are keen to take him on loan now with view to a permanent deal. Naylor had a short spell with Fulham earlier this season".

We were linked with him at the end of the transfer window- think just before we signed Cort on loan?

Know little about him, other than he being "highly rated". Again echos Slater's philosophy of buying young players with a potential higher sell on value.

Central defender, same age as Mambo but with far more first-team experience. If he establishes himself, even as fifth choice behind Cort and Doherty until the end of this season, it could signal the end of Mambo's Charlton career. Sounds as though Mambo is not developing as hoped. Not sure why.

    Eddie,

The Ebbsfleet fans think he is the dogs, he is developing fast down there. Can see him being offered another contract at Christmas with an eye to a first team role (not spot) next season.

Morrison, Taylor, Cort, Mambo and possibly Naylor. Get rid of the Doc, and that gives us a nice balance of experience and youth.

I know Chris Powell follows my posts here keenly, and he has been quick to contradict me on the OS stating that Mambo is in fact coming on leaps and bounds at Ebbsfleet (as AHLL suggested). Also that the club has no plans to sign Naylor in the foreseeable future.

I am delighted to be put in my place. I would love to see Mambo break into the first-team squad.

I have seen very little of Mambo and then only in meaningless friendlies cup games but I for one want him to stay.
We need the mambos waggys Sollys to develope and prosper in th first team gives us more of an identity.
