Did a google search and presume you're referring to Tom Meechan? We've seen it recently with Charlie Austin and Jamie Vardy moving up from non-league comparatively late and before that DJ Campbell, so why not? I think it's unlikely that he'd end up as successful as those guys, but then I don't know a thing about him.
