I read that Liverpool are looking in to giving him a pro deal at the end of the season and will start including in first team plans next season. I haven't seen much of him, does he have the potential to be as good as his old man?
I read that he'd been looking to leave to get more games. This sounds like telling him he will get games. It was either Gerrard or Carra (can't remember which book) said Paul Ince was more interested in his England shirt than his Liverpool one. Tom is one of the good 'uns in the young crop so hopefully he's not so much like his dad.
He's more attacking midfield than his dad, makes good runs into the box. Not convinced he has the quality for the first team.
