Hi
I was wondering if you could tell me some of your best memories of Huddlestone and some of his best matches for yourself. I wouldn't mind looking them up on Youtube to see him having a top performance at Spurs.
He is probably one of the best signings we have ever made and him and Curtis Davies are arguably 2 of the best players we have had in the history of the club. He really is a cut above and a real quality player. We got him at an absolute steal and couldn't believe you sold him let alone for that price.
When he plays his a game he real makes us tick. It's a shame that most clubs realised that if he plays well then we play well and then just played him out of the game. He is our main creative attacking outlet especially with Robbie Brady being a long term injured player. We are in the market for another creative midfielder which only means that Huddlestone will be freed up and will likely have an even better second season.
It's a shame he didn't make the England squad because he really deserved it on form and would be a great alternative in the squad. I have no doubt that had he played the way he did for us at Spurs then he would have made the squad.
In a strange turn of events if we do sign Livermore them it's likely going to be for more than we signed Huddlestone for.

As it happens, both he and Livermore seem to be great people. The pass to Bale at 3:29 below is what we need next year. Not spectacular, just perfectly weighted. (Having someone like Bale on the end of it wouldn't hurt either, of course...)
