Our Captain has today signed a deal that keeps him at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2023, with an option for a further year.
And here was me thinking that Cairney was all smiles in yesterday's training pics because Scotty Parker had joined. 'Aint nothing going to be more than positive than this signing though. Sure there will be clauses and so on in his new contract but what a way to get the ball rolling.
