Council officers have told Greggs in Hull that they are to have toilets and washing facilities because they have tables and chairs (ten chairs) for customers. High court have backed them up as well.
Potentially a can of worms here for loads of tiny coffee shops, fish n chip shops with benches outside, kebab shops with plastic chairs outside etc etc
Councils going barmy if you ask me.

Thought they still **** in the street in 'ull. smells like they do. maybe it's so the kids can have a wash before going to school?

think it's ridiculous that the rozzers hand out fines to people for urinating in the street when public toilets are a rarity. It's ok for animals to go where they like but humans can't? bullshit. obviously don't go pissing in shop doorways in city centres but when you gotta go you gotta go - had a skin-full, step out into cold night air, gotta pee. no public toilets cos the councils are skint so go where you can, as long as it's not blatant vandalism. the fine's should be forwarded to the relevant councils for not providing mandatory public facilities.
