Scott Brown and Neil Lennon were talking at length about tomorrow night - Lennon's message is pretty much ignore the Barca game and don't take Spartak for granted (I concur with the second bit - however, the team should ignore the Barca game, the crowd should not). He also says that reaching the last 16 (if we do it) would be the greatest achievement as a manager. Broony talked about how good Aiden McGeady is mostly but, bizarrely, (and, I suspect this is the same "journalist" that asked all the daft questions in Moscow) was presented with a copy of Crime and Punishment for "crimes against football by winning in Moscow" He also mentioned (and Lennon re-iterated) that Spartak being already out would make no difference to their performance - in fact, Lennon went further and suggested they'd be able to play with a freedom they wouldn't otherwise. It also looks like the only players properly ruled out are: Stokes (been out all season anyway) McCourt (wouldn't have played anyway) Wanyama (banned) and Forrest (again, been out for a while) Barca, meanwhile, have announced that Alba, Fabregas (and other players that I can't remember offhand) will be out. I'd expect Kayal, Ledley and Broon all to start tomorrow - possibly with Broon directly marking McGeady. ooooft, it's getting exciting
Rattling six past theses bastards is just an example of the ill judge comments made before home domestic league games and that hasn't done us any favours this year. I just don't understand what Sparta have done to warrant the tag bastards anyway. I thought they should be one of our favourite sides, as after all there are not too many European teams we have beaten away from home in the Champions League recently.
Super Sevco has no faith in Celtic. Do you think such a negative mindset helps the players? Does it ****. Such pessimism is one of the reasons your club were liquidated. Mon Sellick. Lets batter these red bastards 6-0.
i think it will be a really tough game. personally chico would miss out for me but feel he will start. my team prediction Forster lustig ambrose wilson matthews broon chico ledley sammy commons hooper
I've changed my mind since yesterday. I don't think Kayal will play. He was gash against Arbroath and Mulgrew, Lustig and Matthews are all likely to start.
I only just noticed that. Dunno - I think Beale's thread must've got a mention on JA. They should post an article on here - been manning this board by myself almost today
