Excuse my ignorance folk but why is there no league 2 games today, or am I missing something. Not really bothered to be honest as I'm in the beautiful city of Glasgow for a few gluweins and lots of beer.

I'm beginning to think these match days when we don't play is very good for the nerves and sanity at the present time.
Didn't want a premiership team in round three anyway<laugh>

If we were still in it would've been Portsmouth at home.

A nice fine day for a game of football. I was out walking earlier and a coach full of “ Hartlepool Reds” drove past on their way to Old Trafford. I can never understand that.

No doubt they've all got their own 'legitimate' story for why they support them.

I wonder if anyone's ever admitted to supporting a team just because they were the best at the time.

Side note, I mentioned to my wife that I was considering getting a Sunderland tattoo, she asked if it was a good idea in case I ended up supporting someone else, because she's heard me joking about wishing I supported Barcelona or whoever instead of Sunderland. I was speechless.

Pity they didn't make the trek to Exeter and watched their local side come back from 2-0 down to force a draw, Pool in the hat for the 3rd round draw doesn't happen very often. Well done them.
