Likely that EU will cancel finals if that happens. Unfair competition. Understandable.

Didn't that happen a couple of years ago? Liverpool v Spurs Champions League and Arsenal v Chelsea Europa League.

I suppose it's a bit much to hope that Man Utd lose a 4 goal lead and Villarreal turn over Arsenal..........
 
Villareal for me. There is a QPR connection in Pajero, a player we had in his early days....
And there is no way I can ever cheer for chelski....

Such a mental signing at the time. The one game that wasn’t pure Championship ****-slinging he bossed it, at Villa in the cup.

He probably sits there outside his house on the Spanish coast with a few million quid in the bank thinking about us.

Yep...every time his phone rings he probably thinks...'this is the call, finally...they want me at Loftus Road for my induction into the Forever R'sss'.

In his defence, (1)he was pretty young when he came to us, and (2) he was recalled by Madrid when they had injuries. Plus it was at the time the managerial revolving door at HQ was more active than normal
