Have been very bored at work today.... have been looking through a lot of the foreign press with regards to Ammar Jemal arriving. They all suggest its a done deal and state it was either happening yesterday or today, obviously we heard nothing yesterday so maybe just maybe we could hear something at the normal 5pm announcement, this also keeps in with Cortese's two fingers to the Echo so they have to wait to go to print! Most of the articles I have read are in French and one artcile even had comments left by french speaking Jemal supporters and they were all very complimentary of him stating that he needed to make this step and it will only be so long before he will be playing in the heights of the Premier league, it sounds to me like our scouts are really earning their wages. I also visited the Young Boys website today and can confirm as I believe it was written by a previous poster that Jemal does NOT feature in the 2011-2012 team photo, this has to be a clear indicator! Keeping fingers crossed for an announcement tonight just before the Eastleigh game ANyone else get the feeling of an announcement?
I think we're all confident of at least one more signing before the Leeds game, so today is as good a day for it as any. If, as some think, Jemal has been training with our players, he might just be on the bench for Saturday.
