    So guy's and GG,

How are we feeling ahead of tomorrow match?

I am going to this one and have also managed to get tickets for Chelsea on BD.

Are you in the "Lambert saved us and I will be forever greatful" troop or the "bastard is suing us and I hate him and good riddance" Brigade?

I will not be booing him and will always appreciate what he did for us and indeed what we did for him.

    How about you?

If I was there I'd choose to ignore him and aim plenty of positive chants in the direction of CH.

I can't imagine any Norwich fan with any sense, or half a memory would be booing him.. But then football is a funny business and things change very quickly. From the other side of the border I would still consider him one the greatest managers in your (recent) history and for that alone he doesn't deserve to be booed, however the ignoring part would be the most sensible approach.
Fan's seem to forget things so quickly, it would be amazing to see where Norwich would be if Lambert would never have been appointed....

Which is exactly what happened when we played Villa away in the league.
However, the 'hardcore' fans who travel to away matches will probably be outnumbered tomorrow night - by Pink'un contributors and the type that phone CanaryCall each week <yikes>

There's only one Chrissy Hughton should suffice - as it did resoundingly at Villa Park <ok>

    Just ignore the guy.

He did "excellent" for us,but he's gone.

Absolutely. I want the whole ground singing "there's only one Chrissy Hughton" when Lambert emerges, although whether that actually counts as ignoring him or not, I'm not so sure.

For the record, I would be applauding Lambert if he wasn't suing us.

Agreed. However sadly and acrimoniously it all ended, we are where we are today as a club largely due to him and 'Civvy' Culverhouse.

All of us enjoying the current good times have much to thank PL for - as do Delia and McNally <ok>

I really don't think Lambert is relevant at all any more. Chris Hughton is doing a wonderful job. End of story.

<laugh> A classic case of ignoring him while not actually ignoring <laugh> but the best course of action <ok>

I would definitely just ignore him!

I'm not sure if he had any input into the BBC HEADLINE, but it's certainly a bit naughty, accusing us in advance!

Absolutely, 100% agree and really, really hope that this is what happens. If a single person boos him then he will love it and thrive on it, he doesn't deserve booing anyway but even if he did let's not give him the satisfaction.

Just ignore him and get behind our brilliant new manager and make it clear that whilst we will always be grateful for him helping to turn our club around, he is now part of our history, not our present and certainly not our exciting future and that is all about Mr. Crissy Hootun <ok>

....and of course when we go 3-0 up a rousing rendition of "WHO ARE YA???" would be magic <ok>

The only satisfying way of getting one over on him will be for our lads to put more balls on the back of their net than the do in ours. Of course, there won't be any harm in reminding him what the score is!

ignore lambert and sing for hughton and the players - it really is that simple. lambert WANTS to be booed - that would make his day i can assure you of that. the number of times he's been quoted recently about how we are obsessed with him suggests he is trying to stoke the fires. i've not heard anything of the sort from the fans. ok, he is being sued by the club - maybe he means behind the scenes. personally, i was at villa park and felt we as a group of fans created the perfect atmosphere by simply ignoring him, and that will have annoyed him i am sure far more than being booed. sadly, we have a number of foolish fans who will see this as a chance to boo. i hope those fans are few and far between and they are monumentally drowned out by pro-hughton songs <ok>

Sing for CH and ignore him should we get 3-0 up a quick " you're getting sacked in the morning " will suffice
