Hi to all, There ain't many of us here on this site. Great to keep in contact and talk about one of our passions. We don't really know too much about each other, just connected by the games and news. HOWEVER, and I might be corrected if some of you speak to each other in person. I just want to know how you are doing Old French Horn. If there is anything we can do to help, without crossing your privacy, let us know. Same for anyone else n all. Thanks to all, Pedro.
Good post - with which I totally agree. It's tricky keeping track of everyone when we are all anonymous - not to mention as far flung as this little group is - and I don't pretend to know what the answer is. Over the years many have left for varying reasons - some announced their departure whilst others were there one minute and gone the next without a word. Concerning ofh - a quick look at his member page shows that he last visited the site yesterday morning without posting anything. Poorly as he is, he's still keeping an eye on us...
Just heard from Frenchies wife. " He is in hospital in Montmorillon suffering from a nasty flu virus/bacterial infection that has made him very ill. They have got his temperature back to normal now and reduced the strength of the oxygen he is having. I'm afraid I haven't really good news but there's a slight improvement. " Fingers crossed
He's far too measured to be a gloater over yesterdays result but maybe any win will give him abit of a boost if he's aware. Regards to Betty, must be a big shock for her to see such a change to someone so active, reckon he's a fighter though. Good of you to keep people informed
From Mme " Better news today . He has been poked and pummelled by two doctors who found that he has made good progress, but there is no timeline for what comes next. Only patience." I have got all my fingers crossed....
Think he might have been trying to say 'than' K YOU for the 3 points on Sunday Luton. A few of us are likely aware lately of how exhausting Hospitals can be so he couldnt quite finish it-or the Nurses came round
