I'm not a "Royalist" by any means, but I find this sort of thing abhorrent.
It's commonplace these days, but there'd be outrage if for instance Sol had succumbed to his recent condition and someone posted an image of his lovely wife with a similar tag line.
The Royal Family with the Harry/Meghan thing tend to bring it on themselves and are fair game for funsters. but this is pretty sad.

When you refer to "hang out", I suspect that's a todger reference, and "taking in a movie" would probably involve filming some amateur porn.
