Tin Hat On...... Pennant v Lawrence

I like Pennant but I have to say to date I can not see a vast improvement on Liam.

Both very similar in ability to take on players.
Both very similar in ability to provide quality crosses

Liam at this stage provides a more goal threat.

From what I've seen, Pennant is a lot more consistent. Lawrence would have a stinker once every three or four games.

 

Pennant is more consistent than Lenny at this level, therefore I do feel he is an upgrade.

 

Lawrence didn't "do it often enough for me either" On the other hand Pennant does. Much better alround player for me. But, we all have oppinions so keep em coming guys.

 

Pennant for me, Lawrence stopped taking players on and sometimes just didn't want the ball at all.

 

I can answer; KJ VS MAMA - KJ for sure .. Mama is pretty awful now I'm afraid

I need to see a little more of Pennant to be sure, Lawrence at the moment, but Pennant looks good.

To be perfectly honest, going by Jones performances in the past couple of months i'd much rather have Mama in there than Jones, but with Mama injured now we're stuck with lazy tosser.

It has to be Lenny really. Pennant is an excellent player but doesn't score that often where as Lenny knew where the net was !

Sarge check this out - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liam_Lawrence Lenny has scored nearly as many as KJ this season even though it is the championship. Look at his other clubs he can score for fun. Silly getting rid of him in my opinion.
