Ok, so now the process of selecting a new manager begins - actually it feels quite exciting. Because things have been so dire, and most of us have wanted change for some time, it feels like the beginning of something.
However, whoever comes in is going to need time to sort this out - there's not going to be a magic wand to be waved here.
The most sucessful recent manager was Gary Johnson - it took him a few months to sort things out - remember the 10 game run of defeats??
We do have some good players, but the squad is not balanced (e.g no leaders, no creativity, etc), and needs an overhaul. This is not just Millen's fault - it started under GJ, and was certainly not helped by the Coppell farce.
So please whoever we go for - give the bloke some time!!!
