2 questions for you: a) If you could go back to any period of your life for a week, and live how you lived then, but with what you know now, when would it be? b) If you could go back to any period of history and live in whatever circumstances you like, when would it be? For me, (a) would be when I went travelling around Europe when I was 21. I'd make more of it and shag more birds. It was my last chance before I got tied down but I didn't know that then. (b) would be probably back to Ancient Rome, to live as a wealthy senator. Fine food, sex slaves and plenty of booze.
a) either two minutes before my missus found out about me "distributing the boaby" or when I was 21, shared a flat with my mates, worked 3 days a week, was in a band and DJed and was constantly wired. b) whenever I could get my hole the most - probably cro-magnon times
a) I'd go back to 1990 and change my mind about the double I was having in the derby and Oaks. Had I stuck with Pat Eddery (whom i religiously backed in the race every bloody year) I'd have had about 2,000 but as it turned out the one I deserted him for fisnihed second and blew me out of the water. b) I'd go back to Tudor Times and be Henry VIII's best mate - he sounded like a bit of a laugh.
