I havent posted in a while. Firstly i thought we did extremely well against man utd and city. I just dont understand some of the decisions that we make and how the players are playing. I'm not saying i want adkins sacked. 1. Why do we not start lambert, he is our best player. Not only for his attacking attributes but i thought it would be good to have him for the defending of corners and free kicks. 2. i know fox in some eyes didnt have a good start to the season but he is surely a better bet than yoshida at left back. Even if fox is injured or he doesnt want to play him play shaw. He is supposed to be a future england left back. the more games he plays the more experience he gets. 3. We won well against villa and then change the team. Has he never heard of the phrase 'dont change a winning team' and 'if it aint broke dont fix it.' 4. Guly. right many of you know im not his biggest fan. why start him. many people will agree and many will disagree but i just dont believe he had/has and commitment when we are losing in that situation. he is good when things are going well but not when its backs agains the wall. 5. late substitues - we always seem to take too long to make the changes. the other week where losing and we didnt change it till the last 15 mins. 15 mins is not long enough for a player to make an impact on the game. 6. gazza - he has played really well in the past few weeks and then we drop him. and boruc is at fault for one of their goals... i expect gazza back in goal. 7. how did we lose the ball so fast after the goal and then they scored. 8. when we lose we lose heavy. we dont just seem to lose by 1 goal against the weaker oppo. like we lost by 1 against utd and city and i genuinely thought we where going to do well cause we played so well. then we lost 2-0 to wigan and i thought just a bad day at the office and then the same with arsenal. but the lose to west ham, everton and then to lose the lead against fulham. I am not saying we need to sack him yet but we need to change something. i thought jos was better today than he has been but we have 5 games in nov that we have a realistic chance of winning at least 3/4 of them. Where has this stuff about cortese picking the team come from?
