I used to be an advocate of giving the man a chance, but I am not so sure now. The man is so incompetent and picks the wrong players, plays the wrong system and worst of all gives too much respect.

He deserves sacking for putting Ash and Ben through 90 minutes every time whilst protecting Bale and Bellamy.

The FAW went for the cheap, nationally acceptable option instead of looking for the best available candidate. They should go as well.

    In a word yes.

From the off tonight we look like we've been hanging on for grim death. The 1st goal was disgraceful they all just stood still

Its not colemans fault, Its the idiots who run the show's fault and until they are sacked we will remain the same.....There are players that clubs won't release and we say thats ok then. we have a world class player sitting on the bench that has done full training and fit that we cant use because his club said we cant,,,I remember England going through the same thing a few years ago and they failed to qualify but the Fa put that right and no player now with england can be stopped from playing if selected as they have to go in front of englands medical board to prove they are not fit....we just accept the clubs views....tonights team is a shadow of what players we have and any team are guaranteed to win. the only way to get these idiots out is to stop going to support them. No money coming into their coffers is a loud message that they need to go.

I know some feel as a nation of 3,000,000 we should expect much but can those people explain nations like Croatia whose population is barely more than 4,000,000? That country is not exactly blessed with superstar status players, like us they do however have some great players. The difference I feel is their management setup from coaching to director level is competent.

Although a few of our players are injured I think we have a team just as good as theirs on paper, but when it comes to execution we have numpties who either refuse to exploit that (director level) or just not good enough to ultimate it (management). How many nations with a population under 10,000,000 would scoff at Bale, A. Williams, Ramsey, Davies, J. Williams, Bellamy and Taylor?

If only we had a manager which could exoit that talent and then have a real plan B if some are unavailable!

And Dai, whilst I agree the FAW should also go it is Coleman who picks the squad and it is Coleman who happily accepts players not playing for club commitments. Although we didn't hear otherwise I would not be surprised if Hughes and Speed told those players to get stuffed about putting club before country behind the scenes. England managers use FIFA rules to call up players, not the FA using a rule they didn't create to force clubs to release them.

Whereas I despise the FAW I'm afraid the buck stops with Coleman. He's clearly taken Welsh football back to the days pre-Speed, and possibly much earlier. Clueless.

The FAW were reporting he has a 2 year extension on the table.

Get rid now before they have to pay compo. Pulis or Jacket would probably get the nod but why not try a Trapattoni type here...or get Big John in to sort em out !!

I don't mind this thread discussing FAW, keep it coming lads. Who would we replace them with? I think we should have ex players in there, guys who are passionate to counteract the large majority who are elected businessmen by LoW clubs. Ironically the bigger the LoW the more votes and guess who they vote for? Yup, their own man! Oh yeah, there are about 7 idiots who are not elected by vote but instead by the elected councillors who elected by their own clubs!!!

Imagine if the FANS were allowed to vote the non-club elected positions? Namely the President, Vice-President and the Chairman of the commity!! I'd make sure those three power positions were given to men with presence, passion, a dislike of inaction from the elected councillors and balls!

I wouldn't want Pulis as manager, but he'll yeah I would wish he became President of the FAW! He'd make sure the rest earn their food on the table!

He's had Bale, Ramsey, J. Williams, A.Williams, Allen, Davies and Taylor at his disposal. Hughes has less than that and did much better.

Can't blame Coleman for Crofts ducking out of the way for the 3rd goal, Ben and Boaz not reading each other (Boaz should have had that ball IMO - he seems incapable of standing up) and Myhill falling over attempting to reach the ball, on what was an excellent strike. Friday Vaughn was noticeably poor; but look at the general performance of King, Crofts, Ledley, Robson-Kanu, Vokes and no manager can turn slow hoofers in to great players. And with all the will in the world Boaz is not the greatest goal keep in the world.

Too many strutters and fiddlers. How many Welsh players could play the ball on the ground to a team mate without several touches and a few look ups. Whereas Serbian players play in teams that pass the ball, most of our don't. On Friday too many looked unfit and lacking skill and tonight too many were prepared to surrender.

Have to say over the two games Bellamy was outstanding, quieter tonight but always in the right place, never took a backward step and always giving 100%.

And a BIG WELL DONE to Ben Davies. Barely a year into senior football and thrown into centre defence where he has never played before and did more than hold his head up. Of Gabbidon (who wasn't bad) and Davies who looked the more senior tonight. Not a regular but an excellent back up if needed. Very proud of the youngster.

Speed did. Wales were worth watching under him. His deputy should have got the job and it's what the players wanted apparently.

I'm not sticking up for Coleman, but the defending tonight was some of the worst I've seen from Wales. The first goal was like something from Sunday league over the park. If professional players perform that way it's not the managers fault is it.

I'm going to be controversial here and say get rid of Coleman ASAP and get a forward thinking foreign manager in and one who can teach the bloody team to be organised, defend properly and show some pride. Lets not even think about hoofball Pulis or Jackett.
Also is it me or have Ledley and Matthews gone backwards since going to Celtic? They aren't the only ones either, some of the players look so uneasy in possession it's embarrassing. Send the bloody Welsh team to train with the Swans they might learn something. Could you imagine Bale having an hour with Laudrup.
As for an actual manager the old twats at the FAW could do far worse than gong cap in hand and asking Speeds assistant (can't say his name)

TBF - BEN has never played centre back and has never been in the position of having to rescue a very basic goalkeeping error.
Now the third goal that WAS hilarious - I loved the way Crofts ducked to avoid the ball not once but twice.

Bob you have to ask why he is picking players like Crofts. Dilli, there's a reason Ledley doesn't play in the Premier League and I have never rated him. Mind you a bit of bias might be at play there <laugh>

there was the whole stand singing 'we want coleman out', i joined in and that was a terrible performance, we've got a few to choose from under coleman, pulis would get better results than this. a nothing performance, only thing worth the admission fee was the cracking goal by kolarov and thats saying something.............

Ledleys no world beater but I reckon he was better at Cardiff. As for Crofts don't get me started mate, my blood is still boiling over the 3rd goal.

the only positive is that there was only 7,500 in attendance and with a bit of luck a few more thousand will stop going now until this shower of **** are replaced at the FAW...
