    Just seen on BBC website that Chelsea have failed in their bid to buy back Stamford Bridge. This is a setback to their plans to move, and although I don't suppose it will take them long to sort out what they are going to do it does leave us one jump ahead of them when it comes to possible sites near to Loftus Road.

    Now is the time to strike whilst the iron is hot and Chelsea are comtemplating their next move.

    I totally agree Eamon. I think that now the BBC have announced that they are fully moving out of White City I think that the old White City stadium site would be the ideal solution. The thing is, it probably won't be available for about 3 years yet. I found an interesting article on it;

    Me too seahoop, the only thing I dislike about LR is that my legs feel like they've been subjected to a Victorian torture chamber.

    I don't think we can wait 3 years to start the project. That would probably mean around 5 years before we could increase our capacity. Far too long IMO. To run a viable business as Fernandez seems to want to do we need increased capacity ASAP.

    as long as what ever is built can help generate a cauldron like atmosphere i will be happy. The club are aware that the atmosphere that when generated is a potent weapon and should include it in what ever brief is given to architects desiging the stadium.
