With a thin squad it might be worth bolstering our numbers with some youth team products. The youngsters could gain a lot of invaluable experience from the pros and perhaps even some match experience. Names like Jack Batten spring to mind.

It's a cheap option as well, but is it a good idea?

I personally now jack from a young age,him and my youngest played in the Yate Utd team both footy and rugby bloody good at both. His parents are great people.
What we don't want to do is crucify Jack in a struggling team.
It could be a bad decision.the kid will go a long way I'm surprised he is still with us.
Don't want to put the pressure on the kids, blame someone at the top for mess we are in.

We only had 6 on the bench at Ipswich the other day.

Surely it would have been good to take one of the young lads for the experience of being in and around the match day squad?

Not sure if that would benifit them, what with the crowd uneasy at present.
Hopefully we can improve against forest.
