Time to be merry
For what it´s worth,
In case you´ve not noticed
We´ve retained our berth
With QPR´s no points
From 1- 6 today,
We´re fully deserving
Of our prolonged stay
And that in itself
Is a major cadeau,
To all of the players
And Lambert and Co
And alright we´re looking
Just a wee bit tired,
Here, as the season
Has almost expired
But no-one can take away
How well we´ve done,
Nor the number
Of new friends we´ve won
So let´s hope the wind
Will blow favourably,
When changes are made
In this summer spree
For changes there will
Undoubtedly come,
As Lambert attempts
To add to the sum
But just the fact
That we´re still a big part,
Of the Premier League tree
Should warm all our hearts
So well done to all
Of those at Carrow Road,
Who helped in their own way
To carry the load
And next year let´s hope
For more of the same,
