I think he's already signed Thai, so this won't interest us unless we want 6 keepers on the books - next time we play the Pool it might be a good tactic to play 6 keepers though
Could loan him out to the bin boys down the road, apparently they were interested before we came along and offered top flight football
Do you not think that Camp has been brought in to play whilst Ruddy is with the physio? Personally I don't understand this deal, the idea of a deal until the end of the season (which is apparently what we offered as well) and he had left on his Forest contract so regardless where he is he has the prospect of being unemployed in the Summer. I must point out I rate him but not overly fussed about him not signing for us as I fear there is something a little odd with him and the Forest situation. Given your recent poor run of results has Bunn been made a scapegoat? as I would question why camp has moved to sit on the bench. But that said given the choice sitting on the bench for a Premier league team would be better than for a Championship club so I understand it to some degree but I wouldn't be surprised to see him line up for you guys soon and use this as a shop window whilst Ruddy is getting fit
Goalie is the real specialist position in a team, that's why Dave took to drink, and the errors are obvious. Bunn was getting blame for Gerrard's goal but Trevor Francis commentating said "unstoppable shot". Maybe he bottled it for the Sturridge goal but that would be my only observation. Camp comes in and makes an error and CH has a real dilemma. He plays brilliant and we have a winner on our hands. A new striker comes in and plays ordinary and he can escape by blaming the service or lack of support. And you can give him time to settle. But a keeper has to perform immediately.
If you paid him what he's worth, he'd be able to afford representation in court over the race-fixing shenanigans?
That is the only piece of quality I've ever seen from Stewart Downing and I doubt many keepers would have been able to deal with a ball into the box of that class. That said Bunn's flailing arm and flop made himself look a bit daft but I certainly wouldn't blame him for that goal
